Your question is not clear. If you are asking whether a new mortgage can cover your house and personal debt, the answer is no. The mortgage is always less than the price of the house by the down payment. If you have a house with a lot of equity in it, you can get a new mortgage, a refinancing, or a home equity loan to pay for personal debt. But note that if you do not pay your mortgage, you lose your house. If you do not pay a personal loan, you might be sued but you do not lose your house. Also, mortgages are long dated debts and the total interest that you pay will be high.
